The sign-up form can be found beneath the workshop description below. The workshop will be held at Edwin Jarvis (88 N. Avondale Road, Avondale Estates).

Video Voiceovers with the Atlanta Radio Theatre Company

Presented By: The Atlanta Radio Theatre Company

Saturday, 9/21, 3:30-6:00 PM

Do you want to make your own edited and voiced over YouTube videos? Our one-day seminar will give you tips on how to set up your own at home studio, how to write your own scripts, how to record your own quality audio, and how to edit your own videos in free-to-download software. The Atlanta Radio Theatre Company has been training voice actors and recording engineers since 1984, and now they’re bringing their knowledge to you. No prior knowledge required, but students should bring their own non-tablet laptop with Wi-Fi capabilities if they have them available.

Registration preference will be given to students in grades 6 and up. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a notification letting you know whether you’ve been registered or placed on the wait list within about 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our programs are always 100% free – but be advised that canceling your student’s registration within a week of the workshop incurs a $5 cancellation fee. Canceling within 24 hours of the workshop incurs a $10 cancellation fee. Not showing up without notifying us of cancellation in advance incurs a $20 cancellation fee. Because we never want money to be a barrier for students who wish to take advantage of our programs, we’ll cover the first $20 of cancellation fees you incur each calendar year. Cancellation fees prevent you from being able to sign up for workshops until they are paid.

VOLUNTEER
If you’re interested in sharing your knowledge and interests with young people – fill out a volunteer application to let us know! We’re always looking for new workshop facilitators with exciting ideas!
