Tutoring

student and tutor working together

Mind Bubble tutors are volunteers who are committed to helping young people succeed academically. Tutors are carefully screened to ensure that students are safe, relaxed, and able to learn when they attend our tutoring sessions. We have a diverse mix of volunteers who come to us through service organizations like Volunteer Emory and Hands On Atlanta, our High School Volunteer Program, corporate volunteer groups, and folks who just find us because they want to have fun helping young people learn!

Mind Bubble provides free one-on-one tutoring in every academic area for students in grades 4-10. We run two tutoring sessions per week: an online session on Wednesdays from 6:15 – 8:15 PM and an in-person session on Sundays from 2:00 – 4:00 PM at the Bullock Science Center (100 E Dougherty St #298, Decatur, GA 30030).

If you’ve never taken advantage of Mind Bubble tutoring before, please complete our new student paperwork. Students will not be allowed to participate in tutoring unless we have their paperwork on file.
