Mind Bubble tutors are volunteers who are committed to helping young people succeed academically. Tutors are carefully screened to ensure that students are safe, relaxed, and able to learn when they attend our tutoring sessions. We have a diverse mix of volunteers who come to us through service organizations like Volunteer Emory and Hands On Atlanta, our High School Volunteer Program, corporate volunteer groups, and folks who just find us because they want to have fun helping young people learn!
Mind Bubble provides free one-on-one tutoring in every academic area for students in grades 4-10. We run two tutoring sessions per week: one session on Wednesdays from 6:15 – 8:15 PM and one on Sundays from 2:00 – 4:00 PM. Our tutoring program is currently on break for the summer and will resume on Wednesday, 9/14.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mind Bubble tutoring is being hosted virtually on Zoom for the fall semester.
